Loyola University Maryland hadn’t completed any large scale construction projects since 2011, the Fernandez Center for Innovation and Collaborative Learning would mark a new age in Loyola’s nearly 170 year legacy.
In March of 2020, I pitched a live streamed presentation about the building to Loyola’s key Marketing team. After many iterations of the presentation and pitching to the former Director of Advancement, now the University’s President, we were given the green light to move forward.
